| In recent years,biomass power plants continue to grow,the demand for biomass fuel is increasing,and then biomass fuel storage and logistics network came into being.The fuel storage and storage station,as an important node connecting the logistics network of fuel storage and storage,is an important research object on the biomass power generation supply chain.Reasonable storage station site planning can reduce the cost of power generation and provide protection for the effective operation of the biomass power generation supply chain.However,it is found that there are still many problems in the planning of storage and collection stations at this stage,based on the analysis of the development status of biomass fuel supply chain and storage and storage stations.On the one hand,there is no scientific guidance for the site planning of storage and retrieval stations,mainly due to the random distribution of storage and storage stations,the irrational distribution of storage stations,the imperfect storage and storage facilities,and the poor storage facilities,which are not conducive to maintaining fuel heat.On the other hand,there is a lack of information communication in the planning of storage and site selection.The main manifestations are asymmetric information among the various entities in the supply chain,and the supply of straw is not fixed and long-term cooperation can not be reached.This article will be biomass fuel storage site is divided into three parts to study.The first part is the review and summary of the theory and site selection method.The second part analyzes the current situation of biomass fuel supply chain,storage and development station and power plant demand from the perspective of stakeholders such as formers,middlemen and power plants,and summarizes the existing problems in the site selection of biomass fuel storage and storage stations.The third part is the planning and design of the site for biomass fuel storage and storage.Based on the design principle of storage site selection and the summary of biomass fuel collection mode,the number of collection and storage stations and the collection radius are determined,and the regional division under different collection modes is determined.After improving the basis of simulated plant growth algorithm Solve the optimal location within the local area.The results of the dissertation mainly include three aspects:First,the problems of planning and construction of’ biofuel storage and storage station and the realization of functions are diagnosed.The second is to build a multi-objective programming model and validate the feasibility of the model with examples.The third is to study the site selection of storage and retrieval stations by taking the straw intention of farmers into consideration,minimizing the supply chain costs and maximizing the income of farmers. |
