Because fossil fuels are in short supply and a lot of pollution comes from burning them,the resource-rich and clean biomass energy has been developed and exploited and highly valued in China.For the comprehensive utilization of biomass energy,gasification technology is one of the significant methods.In another word,the solid biomass is converted into gas by superheated chemical reaction.But the low utilization rate of biomass energy is one of the important problems existing in the current biomass pyrolysis and gasification technology.To enhance the utilization rate of biomass energy,this paper uses corn straw as raw material to study the preparation of corn straw coke and the classification of CO2gasification,and uses simulation to overcome the limitations and complexity of the experiment,which has a certain significance for the optimization and application of engineering It’s the meaning of life.In this paper,through the experimental study,the selected biomass corn straw bulk material was grinded and graded pyrolysis gasification.Firstly,corn straw coke was prepared by muffle furnace,and the effects of preparation conditions on the yield of corn straw coke were analyzed by changing the temperature,residence time and particle size.Then,the corn straw coke was gasified by tube furnace with carbon dioxide as gasification agent,and the effects of different temperature,residence time and carbon dioxide gas flow rate on the yield of corn straw coke were analyzed The influence of gas composition rate.The product of corn stalk coke decreased with the growth of temperature,residence time and particle size.The product of H2reached the peak value of 20.45%at 800℃.The main components of gas produced in CO2atmosphere are H2,CH4,CO and CO2.At 800℃and CO2gas flow rate of 5L/min,the production of H2and CO reached the best.The raw material is corn stalks,and the biomass hierarchical pyrolysis gasification process model is established by ASPEN PLUS software.The process of CO2gasification of corn straw was simulated,and the influence of different temperature and different carbon dioxide gas flow rates on the yield of gas components was studied and analyzed.The results show that the model simulation value and experimental value are within a reasonable error range,indicating that the model has a certain applicability;under CO2atmosphere,the gas output of gasification section is affected,and the combustible gas composition H2reaches the peak value in a certain range.The yield of combustible gas was improved,and the utilization rate of corn straw was improved.The pressure field,velocity field and particle trajectory of biomass staged pyrolysis gasifier under different working conditions were simulated,and the reaction characteristics of biomass staged pyrolysis gasifier were studied and analyzed. |
