Abstract/Summary:
"The Belt and Road" strategy promotes the development of construction projects,which also makes the research on,project scheduling theory into the spotlight.Whether in the theory or practice,the research on problem of the general engineering construction project management is stepping into maturity.And the problems have been effectively solved.However,the research on the problem of repetitive construction project scheduling is still in its infancy.Repetitive construction project is common and important in the engineering fields,and it plays an important role in the economic development of the country.LOB is the most common method in repetitive project scheduling.However,there are still some shortcomings in LOB Scheduling,mainly reflected in the following two aspects.On the one hand,the most models to solve the problems are single objective programming,but the real situation of engineering management is complex in most condition.Therefore,the solutions can’t adapt to the actual situation.On the other hand,the method is mainly to adjust the number of the crews,with an additional set of resources to support.It demands stringent funds and resources.Under this background,The paper studies the application of the interruption technology in line-of-balance method of repetitive project.Also the computing method of related parameters for different types of activities is perfected,and the application of interruption technology in duration compression and resource leveling is studied.With regard to duration compression,the paper derives the relationship expression between the length of interruption and the length of project duration compression,and gives the calculation method of the position of interruption and the length of interruption.In resource leveling,the paper builds the model base on genetic algorithm.It can optimize the project scheduling without extra resources,and achieves better resource leveling result.On this foundation,this paper considers the problem of duration compression and the problem of resource leveling in both,and discusses the relationship between them.Compare with traditional single objective model,double objective optimization model is more practical and advantageous.According to the model,intelligent algorithm for solving the model is worked out to ensure that the optimization model can be efficiently solved,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by case analysis.
