BIM technology has been continuously promoted because of its superiority and advanced nature based on BIM management concept,and has gained recognition from academia and construction industry.At the same time,BIM technology has begun to emerge in the field of bridge engineering,and plays its unique role.As the carrier of the whole bridge engineering information,the bridge engineering BIM model can extract the project information that is needed by the participants through the BIM model construction.Meanwhile,the engineering participants also need to update and record a large amount of information into the model.In particular,the constructor of bridge engineering needs to continuously input various prefabricated components information,construction material information and construction progress information during the construction process,so as to facilitate the management of the project.Because most of the existing information collection and input methods are mainly manual operation,not only cause a large part of artificial quota consumption,but also when manual input is so much data,its accuracy and timeliness are very rare to the fundamental guarantee.As a result,the accuracy of BIM model information in bridge construction is reduced,and it is also easy to cause adverse effects on safety,quality,cost and duration.Based on the above problems,this paper,by studying and comparing the characteristics of different technologies,finally determines the combination of BIM and Io T.Because Io T technology has the characteristics of timeliness of information acquisition,accuracy and intelligent data processing,it has complementary advantages with BIM technology.Therefore,Io T technology is used as a tool for information acquisition,and BIM model is used as the carrier of information storage.Both of them combine to establish management platform and apply to the research of construction management of large steel truss bridges.The main contents of this paper include three points: first,we study the BIM theory knowledge,explore the appropriate modeling method,in order to achieve the requirement of precise modeling,establish a construction BIM model of a large steel truss bridge,and find out the problems in the construction drawing and optimize it in the process of modeling.Secondly,it studies the principle of Io T technology and the process of material management in bridge construction,explores how to combine the three,and finally determines the framework of the intelligent bridge construction management platform based on BIM and Io T technology,and establishes the material management of the bridge construction,the management of construction machinery and the management module of the steel truss intake,and the use of programming language.The construction management platform of the intelligent bridge is established.Finally,a case study is carried out based on the engineering example of a large steel truss suspension bridge.The research shows that the intelligent bridge construction management platform based on BIM and Io T technology can collect all kinds of data of material information in real time and accurately,reduce the link of manual consumption and traditional data transmission,improve the accuracy and timeliness of data,improve the efficiency of material import and export,and save a lot of human resources.More intelligent management of construction machinery and equipment;at the same time,it also ensures project managers' effective control of construction progress.
