Research On Quality Risk Assessment And Control Of Railway Construction Projects

Railway construction project quality risk control is a complicated systematic engineering, involving many risk factors. With the purpose of reducing quality risk cases in railway construction process and making sure of project success, this paper is going to make theoretical and practical analysis on quality risk assessment and control of railway construction projects. The research achievements have great practical value.At the beginning, through references analysis, this paper systematically summarized analysis of railway construction quality risk assessment, quality risk factors and risk control, providing guidance for further research.Then, this paper built railway construction project quality risk assessment target system, which included five items of primary risk indicator and 14 items secondary risk indicator.At the end, taking advantage of hierarchical analysis method and entropy value method, this paper determined the weights of evaluation indicators and chose multilevel grey evaluation method to build railway construction project quality risk assessment model. By this model, the paper analyzed level of railway construction quality risk and presented feasibility and operability of this model through practical cases and finally the practical case defined as medium risk on comprehensive assessment. Based on practical case situation and personal working experience, I brought up methods of railway construction project quality risk control from five perspectives.
