The Railway Electronic Waybill Info-system Design And Process Optimization

In the process of China railway freight transport organization,freight invoice,waybill and other papers are necessary factors to deal with each production link business.Freight waybills flow throughout the whole transportation process of production,having important value on marketing management of railway enterprise,transportation organization,capacity allotment,revenue management and liquidation,statistical analysis,operation decision-making and even to the social services.Currently the freight bill information management system,a part of TMIS,have realized the waybill-making by computer and established three levels databases at stations,railway administrations and railway corporation.However in the actual production process,the relevant departments(clerks)still have to use the printed paper bills for data transmission and job handling.With the degree of railway information improving,the traditional paper waybills’ innate disadvantages are increasingly prominent,such as inflexible,easy to lost,vulnerable,not easy to storage and so on.Therefore with the help of computer related technology,realizing the information processing about freight waybill job is of great significance.Based on the above statement,this paper deeply analyzed the freight waybill business process,pointing out the problems under the traditional paper-based waybill environment,which were working efficiency is not high,sharing materials is difficult between departments,and customers handling freight services is not convenient.Through the introduction of the concept and characteristics of electronic freight waybill,combining with the advantage of informatization,this paper innovatively imported the theory of Business process reengineering,put forward based on the electronic waybill pattern to optimize the business processes and then the problems were solved.On this basis,With Visual Studio 2010 as development tool,using the c# programming language and object-oriented design thought,developed an electronic freight waybill information system based on.NET.The system contains four subsystems,and has achieved freight waybill paperless dealing,waybill sorting automation,delivery order electronization,and etc.The system is able to simplify business formalities,improve the efficiency of railway freight transport,decrease the cost of carriage of goods by rail.This paper has also innovatively studied the application of.Net development environment,QR code and network communication technology.Finally,based on the analysis of the functions needed to be fulfilled by the shipping APP and the preparations before the development,the design and development of the customer-oriented railway freight APP is more complete than the existing APP functions and the design is more humane.As a result,Upgrade optimization provide a strong reference.
