Research On Railway Express Fragmented Cargo Industrial Optimization

China's logistics industry develops rapidly,and rail transport still maintains a high market share in bulk cargo transportation.However,with the rapid development of economic and the rise of a large number of e-commerce in our country,the size of China's less-than-carload market has been growing rapidly,that is why an unprecedented demand for bulk cargo logistics market appears.As a national development of people's livelihood industry,railway not only emphasizes the transport of bulk goods which are in the past,but also pays more attention to the fragmented goods transport.This paper analysis of research status and development trends in various fields on the basis of the summary of the development of the express freight for less-than-carload in all related fields.And inherit the research results of existing literature,this paper,at the same time,analyzes the shortcomings of the express railway less-than-carload in the current and related issues to be solved objectively.This article has carried on the research from the following aspects:(1)Analysis of China's freight market,summed up the structure of China's freight mode and freight market trends;Analysis of the reasons for the decline of railway freight turnover in China and changes in the structure of freight emphatically,differentiate the handle procedures of less-than-carload and LTL goods,analysis the demand of railway less-than-carload transportation from the perspective of demand characteristics and influencing factors;(2)Analysis the railway freight rates for less-than-carload according to the current situation of the express freight for less-than-carload.Inferred the barriers of tariff mechanism for railway less-than-carload by the research on the tariff mechanism of other modes of transport in the transport market;(3)From the point of the organization of fixed equipment and service processes,this paper analysis the organizational process of the express freight for less-than-carload.This paper has a positive meaning of the organization for the railway less-than-carload transportation and can increase the market share of railway freight transportation through the above research.At last,it elaborates the shortcomings in the research of the thesis and made a prospect for future.
