There are various natural disasters which occur frequently in our country,various kinds of emergencies seriously interfere with the normal operation of trains and it reduces rail capacity,the capability of reception and departure trains on station.In the face of emergencies,the method of train operation adjustment will directly affect the efficiency of the transportation organization.There are various train dispatching command systems,however,these systems do not combined train operation adjustment with the arrival-departure tracks utilization problem.In emergency,which arrival-departure line is assigned to a train mostly depends on the dispatcher’s subjectivity,it is difficult to ensure the quality and efficiency,unreasonable arrival-departure tracks utilization even reduce the efficiency of the transportation organization.So,it is urgent to research the coordinate optimization of train operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization problem.In this dissertation,we summarize the types of emergencies and define the incidence of emergencies firstly,the dissertation expounds the connotation of operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization.We analyze the incidence relation between operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization from four aspects: physical relevance,interactive relevance,optimization properties relevance and solution structure relevance.Then,we use synergetic theory to describe train syestem,The dispatching section is regarded as a total system,stations and sections are regarded as subsystems,the subsystems are linked with trains.We find out the coordinate optimization method of operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization,using a mathematical model to describe the coordinate optimization method.We consider the constraint conditions of operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization respectively,regarding minimum total delay time and shortest walking distance in station as two optimization goals,and then we set up a nonlinear mixed integer programming model of coordinate optimization of operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization.Because of the dimension of the two objective functions are not identical,the dissertation unifies the dimension of the two objective functions by train walking speed in station,so it can be solved as a single objective function.We choose the genetic algorithm to solve the model,selecting Matlab as programming platform,Due to the fact that we use the genetic algorithm function in Matlab to calculate and genetic algorithm has its own shortcomings in solving complex constrained optimization problems,it is difficult to obtain good solutions in large-scale nonlinear programming.In view of this situation,we present two improved methods,combining dynamic programming and mixed penalty function method with genetic algorithm respectively and design calculation steps.At last,we put forward a case study of torrential rain from Tianshui to Lanzhou,from which we can crystallize the coordinate optimization of train operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization model.We use basic genetic algorithm to solve the model at first,then we utilize two improved methods to solve it.Contrasting the solution obtained with the three methods,we choose the best solution as the model calculation results.We obtain the adjusted train diagram and arrival-departure tracks utilization plan.Decision maker can use the adjustment result as a scheme.It proves that the model and methods in this dissertation are effective for the coordinate optimization of train operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization.This dissertation provides a solution to solve the coordinate optimization of train operation adjustment and arrival-departure tracks utilization in emergency,it has the theoretical value and application value.
