Rail transport is the main means of travel,with the development of the modernization of rail infrastructure,as to ensure the safety of train running rail transit vehicle state information technology also follow the development.Now China’s rail transit,especially the high-speed rail technology has reached world leading level,on the one hand on the construction total mileage than other countries,on the other hand is to the development innovation,such as high-speed,comfortable and reliable.In particular,the safety and reliability of traditional train vehicles cannot meet the safe and reliable demand of stable and reliable modern high-speed rail transit.Wireless sensor identification network combines WSN and RFID technology in the integrated architecture.Can quickly identify global node identification,but also by different functional nodes distribution,break the single node cannot be coordinated global information acquisition,self-organizing network more jump transmission and collection data,eventually,to the data processing layer.Wireless sensor identification network has attracted people’s attention and has a wide range of applications.And the use of radio frequency communication technology to communicate between vehicle and the ground station,through the wireless transmission in the process of vehicle state information will become a high-speed rail transit application development trend in the future.The application of wireless sensor identification network based on Internet of Things technology in the monitoring of rail transit vehicle operating status is still in its infancy.Through the research of wireless sensor to identify network in rail transit vehicle state information monitoring theory and application of the status quo,analysis of vehicles running state monitoring requirements,set up based on wireless sensor to identify network overall framework of urban rail transit vehicle condition monitoring system.Design uses three layer structure,divided into data acquisition,data processing layer,business layer,and the data acquisition layer,respectively,set up the station ground,train vehicle with the wireless sensor nodes and network architecture.Wireless sensor identification network in the urban rail transit vehicle status information monitoring system is mainly used in real-time sensor collection information reported abnormal status to the vehicle aggregation node wireless transmission,and the collection node and the ground station,the normal state information periodically for vehicle transmission.The main performance indexes for data acquisition include wireless transmission performance,low power consumption performance,sensor detection performance and electrical performance.And on the basis of the hardware design of a wireless sensor network node design indexes,including ground equipment platform and on-board equipment,wireless sensors,sensor module detailed design.Using 2.45 GHz data communication and low frequency 125 KHz signal awakening,the working mode of low-power sensor node with real-time wake-up ability is designed.The design of wireless sensor network transmission protocol mainly includes train status information transmission network design and sensor node data acquisition and transmission.To further optimize the communication efficiency and energy efficiency of terminal nodes.Minimize the complexity of the protocol,eliminate possible adverse factors,and reduce the energy consumption of sensor nodes.The reliability environment test was designed according to the industry standard,and the communication efficiency of the train status information was verified by the client.Designed to achieve the goal customer demand function,increase work efficiency of the daily operation of train inspection car,to reduce the manual operation error caused in the running process failure probability,to ensure the safety of train running.
