Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economic development,With the continuous development of economic society,There is a growing demand for electricity,The quality requirements of the power supply service are also continuously improved,from the beginning,there was only the general demand for electricity to be used to provide personalized service to the demand of power supply service.Therefore,new requirements for the service quality of power enterprises are put forward.To comply with the requirements of The Times,SY power supply company with electricity information acquisition system full coverage as an opportunity,relying on "Internet +",A remote real-time fee control mode is set up for collecting,calculating,issuing,notifying,charging,charging and accounting.Remote real-time fee control is based on the remote automatic meter reading,and the technology of charging technology is changed to intelligentized.It is used to collect real-time data of customers’ electricity meters,and then compare them with the customer’s account balance after calculation.Then,through the mobile communication system,SMS(or WeChat,phone)is adopted to remind customers with insufficient balance to pay the fee in time.At the same time,it is a process of automatic stop power supply to the customers in arrears,aiming to improve the automation level of the charging work and improve the customer service level.This paper,taking SY power supply company as the carrier,combined with the process improvement theory,process reengineering theory and IDEF0 process description method,systematically analyzes and studies the remote charge control service and related process of SY power supply company.After a comprehensive introduction of the remote charge control service and the corresponding support system of the SY power supply company,the remote charge control service is summarized.The problems in the process of operation are analyzed and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.The problems are as follows: 1,low customer satisfaction 2,inaccurate calculation of electricity bill 3,early warning information not timely 4,remote stop / reply 5,imperfect management system 6,low customer recognition.The causes of the above problems include: 1,support system data calculation and field meter collection data inaccurate 2,support System delay 3,stop /resume process management confusion 4,customer awareness and promotion efforts are relatively small.After analyzing the problems in the running process of remote charge control service in SY power supply company and the cause of the problems,this paper uses the method of combining the basic theory with the actual analysis,and mainly uses the IDEF0 process description method to determine the improvement scheme and optimize the industry and its related processes.Finally,this paper proposes the establishment of the training daily mechanism,the establishment of the internal control guarantee mechanism,the enhancement of the cost control business publicity and other improvement measures,it also evaluates the improvement effect of business and its phase flow,including: customer satisfaction rate improvement effect,process reliability improvement effect.T Business and related process improvement can effectively improve the efficiency of electric power enterprises,improve the service level of power supply,and provide strong guarantee for power enterprises to improve economic efficiency and establish a good social image.
