With the rapid development of China's economy,the standard of people's living have also gradually improved,what follows is a growing demand for travel.In order to alleviate the current situation of urban traffic congestion,ensure people's travel needs,large and medium-sized cities in China have actively carried out urban rail transit construction,now,the subway,light rail has become the main mode of large and medium-sized city people's travel,the security problems of the vibration detection should be widespread concern.At present,large manufacturers of rail transit in China sometimes use road transportation to deliver the vehicles to the owners.The traction motor of the city railway vehicle is in the long road transportation process,affected by speed and bumpy road surface,it may cause vertical extrusion of outer ring track surface and inner ring track surface of roller bearing at the driving end of traction motor,then pseudo-brinell indentation is produced on the surface,this indentation will lead to the urban railway vehicle in the daily work of the traction motor at low speed when the problem of abnormal sound.However,the vibration protection measures currently used in motor transportation have the problems of complicated protection process and frequent failure of protection,it is necessary to optimize the existing protection methods.In order to evaluate the effect of vibration on motor during transportation,in this paper,a vehicle vibration monitoring system is designed to meet the actual situation of urban railway vehicles in road transportation.The hardware of the system consists of the power module,the upper computer,the front and the back network cameras,4 vibration sensors,the navigation module and the CompactRIO system,and the software part of the system consists of CompactRIO system vibration data acquisition software designed based on LabVIEW FPGA module and C++ module based on VisualStudioand.The system realizes the passenger vehicles in highway transportation on road surface before and after the video monitoring,the motor shaft and shell on the horizontal and vertical direction vibration and its poor score for real-time monitoring and measuring,speed of vehicle location and navigation information real-time display and the function of automatic segmentation of all data on save.To test and verify the effect of vehicle vibration monitoring system,in changchun city roads and urban rapid road,using domestic saloon cars in 0-75 km/h speed within the range of small three-phase asynchronous motor of 1.5 kW 2 road a total of about 20 km field simulation experiment.Using OriginPro software to analyze the experimental data from processing,by comparing the speed of time domain graph,horizontal and vertical direction of vibration and vibration finite difference time domain graph,has been in the 0-75 km/h speed range,speed fluctuation for the influence of relative vibration motor and axis above speed to its influence,and the more stable speed motor vibration is smaller and in road transportation,horizontal vertical direction vibration amplitude is far less than the three conclusions.Put forward on the city roads,the use of sedan family cars within the range of 0-75 km/h speed transport within 1.5 kW three asynchronous motor to reduce the motor vibration method,verified through analysis of vibration data to get the feasibility of the method to reduce the harmful vibration.
