Military hardware needs a persistent, excellent supportability of equipment as its mainstay to play a stable role. Especially in today’s development of complexity, modernization, intelligence of Military hardware, simplex weapon development in the aspect of function cannot meet the demand of modern complex war conditions, the complex war conditions which vary from minute to minute require a conversion of Military hardware development which is driven by functionality and supportability. Consequently, the demands of supportability of Military hardware are elevated to the same status of the demands of functionality.Linear Switched Reluctance Motor (LSRM) is evolved from Switched Reluctance Rotational Motor (SRM), and is reluctance motor and power electronic switch combination product. LSRM with a linear motor structure is doubly salient variable reluctance motors. As LSRM can provide good linear driving force, it is widely used in magnetic levitation transportation facilities, guns, machine work, lifts, home appliances and other fields, because the device is widely used and has special structure and morphology, the strengthening mechanism of the device’s vibration and vibration analysis and study have important significance.This paper designs and implements a monitoring distributed system which can be used to analyze and monitor vibration and noise is named Distributed System for Analysis and Monitoring (DSAM).i.e. distributed system smart vibration monitoring analysis. The system consists of software systems, sensor module, a communication bus and data host. Among them, the software system is divided into vibration signal acquisition and monitoring module, signal processing and analysis module, the target device status detection module, historical data query module and system parameters configuration module.The main advantage of intelligent vibration monitoring analysis distributed systems is its modularity and scalability characteristics, and this system can be used for various types can be analog or digital signal output of the sensor, and is for a variety of different types of signals. Meanwhile, it’s final cost significantly is lower than other commercially available solutions. The system is reconfigurable, can operate in synchronous or asynchronous mode, it’s the sampling frequency can be programmed, and has8bit or12bit resolution and a15-byte memory buffer. The system allows real-time acquisition of signals of different nature, this work requires a lot of real-time acquisition sensor, so that the system is suitable for monitoring vibration of LSRM. The data collected by sensors to monitor the object is issued under the normal operating conditions of vibration or noise, visual reflection of this can Linear Switched Reluctance Motor launched full range descriptive analysis. The Intelligent vibration monitoring system is able to resolve distributed collection of experimental data, in order to expand the system to effectively analyze experimental conditions, and access to the mechanical equipment for structural adjustment model to reduce vibration and noise of useful information, In other aspects, the smart vibration monitoring system can also be used to monitor distributed work environment monitoring electronic devices, and fault diagnosis, structural analysis and monitoring.
