Electric motors are widely used in people's lives and production.In the process of agricultural mechanization,motor applications have an irreplaceable role.Agricultural production requires the motor to maintain a very stable operating speed in the same constant direction.However,the current motor in agricultural production is prone to insulation damage due to long-term high temperature operation,causing failure of the internal winding of the motor,causing a safety accident in the production environment.In this paper,for the phenomenon that the motor is easily damaged when the motor fails,the two important indicators of vibration and temperature change are analyzed.A remote wireless monitoring system based on GPRS is proposed,which can remotely monitor motor vibration data and temperature data in real time.The wireless monitoring system studied in this paper uses piezoelectric accelerometer PV-96 to collect motor vibration data,and is processed by charge amplifier and charge voltage conversion stage;AD590 temperature sensor is used to collect temperature;M23 module is used for GPRS mobile data communication;The system microprocessor uses the DSP chip TMS320F2812.In order to ensure the healthy working environment of the motor,the subject also designed shielding technology and filtering technology.It can be known from the experimental results that the remote monitoring system designed by this subject can effectively monitor the motor operation and can complete the monitoring under different operating conditions of the motor,which proves the reliability of the system.Finally,this topic summarizes the design of the system and emphasizes the advantages of system design.
