| Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually formed an all-round,multi-channel,broad-area and multi-level opening pattern. The growth rate of export trade is extremely high.At present,China has become the world’s largest exporter. This is beyond doubt. However,What China has shown in its export trade is indeed the current status quo: the typical "resource-minded and low-end exporting country" has largely hindered the transformation of China’s trade structure, that is,from the so-called big trading nation Into a trading power, from a big economic power into an economic power.Throughout the process, due to the fact that China’s export trade structure is characterized by a predominance of labor-intensive and resource-intensive export products and a small proportion of capital-intensive and technology-intensive products, such an export structure will gradually reduce China’s competition Advantage,it is very difficult to meet the competition demand of "win by quality" in the international market and fall into the trap of comparative advantages. Therefore, upgrading the technological content of trade exports and optimizing the export structure are urgent needs for enhancing export competitiveness and sustainable trade. The main contents are as follows: 1.The theoretical analysis of the relationship between energy efficiency and export structure optimization, clarifying the theoretical mechanism of the impact of energy efficiency on export structure, and providing the theoretical basis for setting up econometric model and empirical research;2,Energy efficiency and export structure Optimize the status quo,and provide a realistic background for the study;3,Through the energy consumption per unit of GDP energy efficiency indicators measure the level of China’s provincial panel data from 2006 to 2015,according to the High-tech Industry Yearbook,China Statistical Yearbook,Energy Statistics Yearbook and other documents and information to high-tech industry exports as the inspection object, the empirical analysis of the energy efficiency of the export structure optimization.Main conclusions: In provinces with high energy efficiency, their export structure is more technology-intensive and capital-intensive,with a higher proportion of high-tech products in particular.Conversely, provinces with lower energy efficiency use less technology-intensive and capital-intensive products, especially high-tech products that account for a lower proportion of total exports, that is,their export structure is not optimized enough.Overall, the results show that The improvement of energy efficiency has significantly promoted the increase in the proportion of China’s exports of hi-tech products and the optimization and upgrading of export structures. In order to promote the optimization of export structure and trade escalation,we must further improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption per unit of GDP,which is an important measure for China to promote the optimization of its export structure. In this connection, the paper also gives policy suggestions based on the empirical results.First of all,at the micro level, export enterprises should increase investment in energy-saving projects, strengthen their independent innovation and accelerate technological progress.Improve the utilization efficiency of energy production factors, reduce energy consumption per unit GDP,improve labor efficiency and promote the optimization of export structure. At a macro level,in a relatively short period of time, the government should expand the scope of levies on exporters with higher energy consumption, raise the system of industry access and ease the current situation of energy shortage. The most important thing is to encourage technological innovation and improve energy utilization Efficiency of the new technology subsidies to support.Main innovations: 1.The paper breaks through the descriptive analysis of the existing energy consumption and export structure, clarifies the relationship between energy efficiency and export structure optimization, and reveals the relationship between energy efficiency and export structure optimization.2.The differences between energy efficiency and export structure optimization are different in different regions. This paper is divided into different regions to provide empirical support for the differences in energy efficiency and regional structure of export optimization. |
