Research On Passive House Integration Management Based On Smart Construction

With the pollution and energy shortage problems,energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry have become the most urgent tasks in the construction of ecological civilization.Passive House,as a more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building type,has gained strong support from national and local governments for their promotion in the whole country.With the rapid promotion of passive construction,we should notice that the extensive construction management mode in China does not serve the whole process of passive house well.Therefore,finding a more suitable construction mode and integrate its application in passive house is a key issue that must be faced in the promotion of passive house.The concept of smart construction management breaks the isolation between information technologies and participating parties in the traditional construction management process.It can integrate the passive house’s elements from the life cycle,the participants and the information technologies.And it will provide good service for the construction of passive house and give an important reference for the solution of the above problems.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of passive house and reviews the current research status of passive house,smart construction and integrated management,After that,introducing the research content,research methods and the research route.Then through the introduction of passive house,smart construction and integration management theory,the differences between smart construction and smart build are distinguished,and the relationship between smart construction and integrated management is clarified.Secondly,this paper demonstrates why passive construction adopts the mode of smart construction from the necessity aspect,and then builds an integrated management structure wisdom construction for passive house.Then,discussing the target of smart construction integrated management from the technical and organizational aspects,after that confirming that the essay will discuss how to realize the smart construction integrated management of passive house from two aspects: technology integration and organization integration.Finally,this issue introduces how to make smart construction integrated management make from the technology integration and organization integration aspects.When introducing technology integration this issue introduces from the following aspects: Firstly,the application of information technologies represented by BIM,Internet of things and pervasive computing in the passive building construction are introduced.Secondly,according to the characteristics of these technologies,the integrated thinking and integrated framework of smart construction in passive house are given.Thirdly,analyzing the impact of the application of information technology in the life cycle of passive house.For the organizational realization,studying from three aspects: organizational structure,tasks and work processes.From the necessity of constructing the organizational structure and the feasibility of the virtual organization construction,the paper studies the organizational structure of the intelligent construction;introduces the tasks of the intelligent construction from both the intelligent construction center and the participating parties;finally,The research explores the working process of the constructor of passive house from two aspects: the information transfer process of passive house smart construction and the influence of smart construction on the work process of passive building participants.This paper provides integrated supports for the smart construction of passive houses,enriches the theoretical achievements of smart construction,provides references for the construction of other large and complex buildings,and gives assistants to implementation and promotion of passive houses in the whole country.
