China is a country with frequent meteorological disasters.It seriously affects people's normal production and life.Weather modification is one of the important means for meteorological disaster prevention.For example,artificial precipitation can increase precipitation and help mitigate drought on farmland.In order to improve the operational capacity,management level,and service effectiveness of weather modification,this paper implements the airborne weather modification display and control system based on the actual demand and the existing technology.It can enable the meteorological staff to more intuitively,accurately,safely and efficiently grasp various meteorological data in the air,assist in the catalytic agent released in decision-making areas.This paper mainly focuses on design and implementation of core modules in weather modification display and control system.In the process of system design,the flow of software engineering is adopted.Firstly,the research background and significance of airborne weather modification display and control system are analyzed,and the current status and development are summarized.Then,according to the background of the project,the technical architecture and overall design scheme of the system are introduced.The system's underlying framework uses a cross-platform development framework.NET Framework,and the business logic layer framework uses the Mono.Addins plug-in development framework.At the same time,the functional modules with independence and reusability are packaged into component libraries for business logic layer calls.Based on the completion of the overall design,the requirements of the system's core modules are analyzed,and the flight information management system and the video management system are designed and implemented according to the results of the demand analysis.Among them,the flight information management module uses the embedded small-scale database system SQLite to perform full-state management for the weather modification operation process and record various data information during the flight process.The video management module uses industrial-grade CCD cameras to capture video outside the aircraft,helping the weather modification crew observe the aircraft's externaloperating environment,and uses the AForge.NET framework to achieve compression storage of high-definition video.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)This article describes how to use the Mono.Addins plug-in development framework,the AForge.NET framework and the SQLite database.(2)Based on the above technologies,according to the requirement analysis of the airborne weather modification display and control system,we complete the design and implementation of the overall architecture of the system.And I am mainly responsible for the implementation of the flight information management module and the video management module.(3)For the flight information management module,the flight information management system is designed and implemented according to the results of the demand analysis.In the flight information management system,the SQLite database is used for data storage.Besides,the functions of basic information management,report previewing and printing are realized.(4)For the video management module,high-definition cameras are used for video capture according to requirements analysis and performance requirements.The main functions of this module include video capture,video synchronization display,video compression storage and video fast playback.The AForge.NET computer vision library is used to process the video in order to meet the video quality requirements in the harsh conditions of the sky.
