| At present,the world is in a state of scarce resources.All countries are vigorously advocating the construction of a lack of resources society,striving to obtain the maximum economic and social benefits with minimal resource consumption,and development concepts such as symbiosis and sharing have begun to spread widely,and have gradually penetrated into various industries.All industries,including the logistics industry known as the "third profit source".Under the influence of the symbiosis concept,a new model of supply and logistics symbiosis was born.It is based on third-party logistics,depending on the logistics management capabilities of professional logistics personnel and equipped with specialized logistics equipment to realize the best of the entire symbiotic system.The development of its new model can solve the problems of wasting and over-investment of logistics resources in enterprises,breaking the state of the original logistics facilities only for exclusive and non-sharing,breaking the information barriers among enterprises,and achieving the goals of resource sharing and information sharing.In this regard,companies began to realize that in the logistics industry,they must follow the principles of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation and work together to optimize the entire logistics integration system so as to truly maximize their own interests.Based on the concept of co-existence and compliance with the principles of efficient collaboration,cooperation,win-win,and mutual benefit,this paper aims at the characteristics of automotive supply logistics with numerous suppliers and self-organizing logistics and establishes a model of an integrated symbiosis system for automotive supply logistics under shared and shared conditions.The implementation strategy of this model is mainly divided into four levels.First of all,the symbiosis strategy of packaging unification is the basis of integration and symbiosis.Based on the unification of packaging labels,a Standardization of packaging equipment was established based on the modular system,with a view to achieving a universal symbiosis strategy for reconfigurable and reusable packaging.Secondly,the symbiotic strategy of logistics operations standardization is the guarantee of the implementation of an integrated symbiosis system.Based on the Milk-Run mode,considering the overall development of operation time standard and standard operation procedure,and completing corresponding operations according to the specified time and the prescribed flow,the SOP can be optimized to achieve a rational,orderly,and efficient operation of the entire symbiosis system.Thirdly,the implementation strategy of sharing of logistics information is a prerequisite for the realization of an integrated symbiotic system.Integrate information on supply logistics on a shared platform,use barcode,RFID,vehicle location and other technologies to collect and deliver relevant logistics information,and use ERP,warehousing and transportation optimization systems to manage logistics information.Each company has the corresponding access rights to view related information in real time,break information barriers,and achieve information sharing,prompting all parties to punctually and quantitatively distribute inventory,and reduce inventory use of funds.Finally,inventory rationalization and precision are at the core of the realization of an integrated supply and logistics symbiosis system.Under the symbiosis ideology,an inventory control model based on unqualified product management was constructed to discuss the timing of return of nonconforming product,and the corresponding optimal order quantity formula was given.Then implement 5S management to ensure that inventory management is continuous and effective and to achieve inventory rationalization.Through the implementation of an integrated supply-logistics symbiosis strategy,the Bank optimizes inventory-occupied funds,unifies the use of common and reused packaging labels and packages,optimizes SOPs,formulates operating time windows and standards,and shares software platforms to achieve the sharing of logistics information.And considers inventory rationalization of non-conforming product rates and inventory refinement and reorganization.In this way,it seeks to solve the problem of enterprise supply logistics problems,rationally allocate supply logistics resources,enhance the overall symbiosis awareness of the logistics system,increase the efficiency of supply logistics,enhance the collaborative capacity of the supply logistics symbiosis system,and strive to make supply logistics and inventory systems closer to real situation.At the same time provide method support for the Milk-Run.Finally,through the analysis of the status quo of supply logistics in M automobile factory,case analysis is carried out to provide a program support for enterprises to better improve the efficiency of logistics operations and realize the maximization of the overall benefits of the symbiotic companies. |
