The Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a digital representation of the entire life cycle information of a building project.Its greatest value lies in the integration,sharing,and application of information.Due to the complexity and danger in the construction process of large-span CFST arch bridges,BIM technology was introduced into the construction of CFST arch bridges to realize visualization and informatization of main arch construction,and improve the informatization level of large-span arch bridge construction.For this reason,the following research work was carried out:(1)The definition of construction monitoring information model for large-span concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges is given.The dimension of construction monitoring information data is analyzed.The implementation technical framework of construction monitoring information model is proposed.The adaptive control system for the whole process of construction of main arch based on BIM is proposed.(2)Based on the difficulty of large-capacity and low-precision modeling of the Revit main arch,a family of steel pipe arch components based on the Revit platform was created,and parametric modeling tools for the main arch were developed to improve modeling efficiency.Aiming at the characteristics of large number and type of main arch components,this paper proposes the information management process of main arch components based on two-dimensional code tracking technology,and uses the database interaction sharing technology to track the construction process of the main arch components.That effectively improved the information level of component management.(3)Based on the information required for the main arch cantilever erection construction monitoring information model,the definition of the main arch construction information model data members under the Autodesk Revit platform,data storage,data analysis and dynamic display were carried out.Using Revit as an information platform,based on Revit's secondary development technology,an object-oriented tool set was customized,a complete process BIM solution integrating construction and monitoring of the main arch was built,and a steel pipe arch main arch construction monitoring information system(STACCS)was developed.The system could realize parametric modeling,information management of main arch components,manufacturing error information collection,generation of finite element analysis files,data storage,data entry,data analysis and database interaction.The system could dynamically simulate the construction process,monitor the stress and shape in real time,analyze the safety in the construction phase,and share information,so as to ensure the accuracy of construction control,improve the construction efficiency,and make the construction process information transparent.The system is applied to the construction of the cantilever arm of the main arch of the Daxiaojing bridge with good results.
