After several years or decades of use of cement concrete pavement,the anti-sliding performance of the road surface is getting lower and lower,and the attenuation of antislip performance will directly lead to traffic accidents.If the old cement pavement was dismantled and rebuilt,the cost of the construction cost will be high.How to effectively solve the problem of anti-sliding performance degradation of the old cement concrete pavement on the basis of controlling the cost has become increasingly important.This paper analyzes the anti-sliding mechanism and influencing factors of cement concrete pavement based on cement concrete pavement.By verifying the decay law of anti-sliding performance,the GM(1,1)model is used to predict the anti-sliding performance of the road so as to obtain in advance.Maintenance timing;and proposed two types of paving for the anti-sliding performance of reinforced pavements with paved cement overlays and epoxy anti-slip thin layers,and the durability and practicability and applicability of the two overlays for anti-sliding In comparison,the use of anti-slip thin layers of epoxy resin in the physical engineering application is expected to provide references for improving the anti-sliding performance of the road surface.Firstly,the anti-sliding mechanism and influencing factors of cement concrete pavement are analyzed.Through the grey model and anti-sliding index,the curve of the friction coefficient of cement concrete pavement with time is drawn to verify the antisliding decay of cement concrete pavement,and to further understand the prediction.On the occasion of pavement maintenance,the GM(1,1)model was used to predict the antisliding performance of cement concrete pavement,and prediction accuracy analysis was made.Second,in order to improve the anti-sliding performance of cement concrete pavement,cement concrete overlays and epoxy resin anti-slip thin layer overlays were selected.The structure type and overlay thickness of cement concrete overlays were studied,focusing on the new and the old.The bond strength of the cement pavement was analyzed and the split tensile strength was used as the evaluation index of the bond strength.The split tensile strengths of the three interface adhesives were compared respectively.Then,the adhesive,the type of aggregate,and the selection of the aggregate size of epoxy resin anti-slip thin layer were analyzed,and the anti-sliding performance and durability performance of anti-slip thin layer were studied through the accelerated loading test in the laboratory.And,the cracking tensile strength of cement concrete base under different treatment methods was tested,and the factors affecting the bond strength between cement concrete pavement and anti-slip thin layer were obtained.Finally,based on the research in the room,it was analyzed that the anti-slip thin layer of epoxy resin is superior to the cement concrete overlay layer in terms of applicability,practicality,and anti-sliding effect,and the anti-slip thin layer of epoxy resin is selected for physical engineering application.The anti-sliding index before and after the anti-slip layer was added on the test section was measured to provide reference for enhancing the skid resistance of cement concrete pavement and preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement.
