| Due to the characteristics of the cement concrete pavement of the highway tunnel and the frequent vehicle load,the hard material on the surface gradually wears out,which makes the anti-slip performance of the concrete pavement rapidly decay,which greatly affects the safety of driving.In the past 10 years,various anti-slip recovery technologies and ultra-thin wear layer technologies have begun to develop gradually,forming a situation of a hundred flowers blooming and a hundred schools of thought.Due to the different reviews of various technologies and product quality,the application effect is uneven,and the maintenance decision of the management and maintenance unit is often difficult to make a choice,therefore,the paper conducts in-depth comparative research on the anti-slip recovery technology of Guangdong highway tunnel and ultra-thin wear layer technology,and proposes HET-Y(C)type ultra-thin wear layer technology,giving full play to its good road performance and improving the anti-slip performance of cement concrete of highway tunnel,which is of great significance.First of all,the use environment of some highway tunnels in Guangdong Province was investigated,and the results showed that the difference in humidity inside and outside the short tunnel was small,and the difference in humidity in the long tunnel was large,generally 4%to 14%higher than that outside the tunnel;at high temperatures,the temperature in the tunnel with a length of more than 300m was 2℃ to 5℃ lower than the temperature outside the tunnel,and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the short tunnel tunnel was relatively large due to the relatively large air convection,only within 1℃;the brightness of the inside of the tunnel was generally gradually decreasing at the tunnel entrance and exit to the middle of the tunnel.And the light in the middle of the tunnel is minimal.Secondly,compared with the anti-slip recovery technology such as flushing,fine milling,HOG texturing,and water flushing,the results show that the anti-slip ability of water flushing on the road surface is not obviously improved;although fine milling and HOG texturing can enhance the anti-slip ability of the road surface,the lateral force coefficient decays quickly after work;and the water punching and bone reduction technology can maintain good durability of the road surface.Then,comparing various wear layer technologies such as Novaship,HET-Y(C),Thus,SMA-13,etc.,the results show that HET-Y(C),Novachip,SMA-13 have good slip durability in terms of slip durability,such,UTAC-10,AC-16C have medium slip durability,and MRS slip durability is secondary.Finally,the old cement pavement of the tunnel or the new pavement is recommended,such as the traffic volume of the section with poor anti-slip performance is small or the original concrete uses high-quality wear-resistant stone,in the face of the paving cover,due to the net height of the tunnel,milling and treatment measures can be used;for the new tunnel pavement,in order to ensure that the pavement has high-quality and long-term anti-slip performance,it is recommended to use SMA-13,HET-Y(C)or Novachip for paving;for long tunnels,for the sake of tunnel internal fire protection,etc.,It is recommended to pave the exposed stone cement concrete pavement. |
