Over the past 30 years,Beijing has experienced unprecedented urbanization and motorization development.Urban planning,design,construction,and management have all taken the ultimate goal of solving motor vehicle travel problems.A series of problems such as the growth of energy consumption,traffic congestion and the deterioration of the urban environment have followed.The motorization of urban transportation makes the walking bicycle travel environment worse,the space is forced to compress,the continuity and safety of the trails and bicycle lanes are lacking,the interests of the travelers are damaged,causing great hidden traffic safety hazards,and also reducing the mobility The traffic efficiency of a traffic is not conducive to the formation of a reasonable traffic structure in the city.The introduction of the new version of the master plan and the concept of “people-oriented” transportation are gradually gaining popularity.In the future,consensus must be reached on the development of transportation.It is necessary to improve the slow traffic environment,increase and improve the bicycle and pedestrian transportation facilities,increase the proportion of public walking bicycles,and ease traffic congestion.To improve the urban environment.This thesis combs the problems existing in the current Beijing Pedestrian Bicycle Road System through two methods of site survey and questionnaire survey,and gives the corresponding preliminary project transformation plan for various problems.Based on this plan,combined with actual conditions,the key technologies that need to be studied in the transformation of the road system for pedestrian bicycles are screened.Through analysis,the key technologies studied in this paper include minimum widths of trails,bicycle lanes,styles,materials and locations of trailing car stops,color,materials,and patterns of bicycle lanes.The paper studies the minimum widths of trails and bicycle lanes based on the relevant design specifications and actual traffic survey results in China.At the same time,it combines the past engineering experience and survey results to develop the style,material and setting position of the trails,and the colors and materials of bicycle lanes.Types of research,and the application of these key technology research results to the Beijing Sanhuan Road assisted pedestrian bicycle system renovation project.At the end of the thesis,the indicators of the effectiveness of the pedestrian bicycle system are selected from three perspectives: traffic flow characteristics,facility safety,accessibility and traffic management characteristics,and a pedestrian bicycle road system evaluation system is established.After the implementation of the Beijing Sanhuan Road pedestrian bicycle system renovation project,Assessment of effectiveness to test the suitability and rationality of key technologies for walking bicycle road systems.
