Research On Cost Fine Management Of University Infrastructure Projects

Fine management has been adopted by many industries such as manufacturing,finance and service.Due to the complexity of the engineering construction,some projects also begun to carry on the fine management.The requirements of university infrastructure projects is different from general construction project.Therefore,it needs to explore that how to implement the refinement of cost management of construction projects effectively and put it into the project management,to improve the cost management of construction projects in colleges and universities.This study reviewed the theory on cost fine management and introduced the concept of cost fine management of construction project and the characteristics of university infrastructure projects.This paper also analyzed the present situation and existed problems of cost management of university construction project.The project “New Campus of University A”was taken as an example to analyze the cost fine management of university infrastructure project.Finally,suggestions for improving the cost fine management of university infrastructure project were put forward from the perspective of whole cycle namely,decision,design,bidding,construction and completion.This study will contribute to the management of university infrastructure project.The research and application of fine management will be beneficial to the management level of project.It will also help to form a virtuous cycle of the project through saving cost,reducing unnecessary waste,ensuring the quality,and improving reputation of colleges and universities.Furthermore,it will promote the long-term development of colleges and universities in China.
