| Residential sound environment is an important guarantee for people’s quality of life.In recent years,more and more people pay attention to it.It has become a crucial factor affecting the function and comfort of residential use.Nowadays in busy and noisy cities,people desire to get a quiet atmosphere at home,so they put stricter requirements on residential sound environment.In our country,green building is being vigorously developed,and the residential sound environment is the important factor to realize the green residence.In 2015,China promulgated the "green building evaluation standard" GB/T50378-2014,and put forward specific requirements for the residential acoustic environment.After implementing the new standard,a new phenomenon has been exposed,which means that the domestic designers are unfamiliar with the new standards.Meanwhile,lacking adequate knowledge in the design of residentialsoundenvironment also exposes many problems.In this paper,the research backgrounds are the present situation of residential acoustical environment and the implementation of "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T50378-2014.First,it summarizes the related theory of theacousticenvironmentofresidences.Then it interprets the acoustical content related to the residence in "the new standard " one by one and analyzes the standard requirements for the sound insulation design of residential buildings combined with the "Code for Sound Insulation Design of Civil Buildings" GB 50118-2010.The actual project of a residential district in Hebei Province and a residential district in Qinghai Province were used as the research case.The project was simulated by the software to analyze its outdoor noise,indoor noise,indoor sound insulation and take measures to reduce the noise.This paper judges whether it meets the requirements of Green Building Evaluation Standard GB/T 50378-2014,at the same time,it puts forward the standard deficiencies found in the case analysis and suggests improvements.The optimization design strategy is given from three aspects,which are residential district planning,residential building monomer design and building structure sound insulation design.And hopes it can guide the design of green house sound environment,solve the problem of residential sound environment design and promote the development of green building in China and the implementation of "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T50378-2014. |
