With the rapid development of China's economy and the massive construction of long-span bridges,the steel bridge deck pavement technology has been systematically studied and developed.The research of steel bridge deck pavement technology has been developed for more than 20 years in China,and the paving technology is gradually mature.According to the bridge situation,steel bridge deck pavement is subdivided into carriageway pavement,sidewalk pavement,middle belt pavement,barrier pavement and pavement repair.According to the actual situation of the bridge,we choose the right pavement plan.Among them,sidewalk pavement is an important part of bridge deck pavement,but it is different from pavement demand in terms of service demand and construction difficulty.So Steel bridge deck pavement plan can not be directly applied to pavement.A design for steel sidewalk channel paving scheme,should consider the stress condition and mechanical indexes of pavement material requirements,taking into account the landscape effect and economic factors,the formation of a suitable solution.This paper first compares the commonly used of sidewalk pavement scheme,and final selected the steel bridge sidewalk pouring type asphalt concrete spreading color lithotripsy.Due to the different loading conditions of the sidewalk and the road,through consulting a large number of papers and referring to the force situation of the road lane,the force situation of the sidewalk is analyzed,and a large number of experiments are carried out to get the relevant technical indexes of the pavement pouring asphalt concrete,and the pavement casting asphalt concrete is determined.The penetration degree is 5mm and the penetration increment is 0.07 mm,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the future pavement project of steel bridge pavement.Secondly,the construction technology and road performance of the cast type concrete cast stone for steel bridge face are evaluated.The anti skid behavior of the pavement is evaluated by the pendulum meter method.The adhesion of the colored ceramsite and the pouring asphalt mixture is compared with the improved vialit test,the wet wheel wear test,the standard dispersion test and the standard after cutting.The quasi fly test was finally determined by the rate of shedding of artificial brush test.Then study the waterproof adhesive layer of steel sidewalk,find a suitable and economically waterproof material to the sidewalk.Finally,because the sidewalk is a much narrower than roadway,large mechanical equipment is difficult to enter,basically rely on the artificial construction of artificial construction of low efficiency and prone to uneven paving,face more pollution,the paper puts forward the transformation on the part of mechanical equipment,the replacement of artificial construction,improve construction efficiency and construction quality.The research of this paper,to provide theoretical guidance for the steel bridge of sidewalk pouring type pavement,and the steel bridge pavement nondestructive for use will improves the service life of more than 10 years,the actual service life of up to 15 years.Nondestructive during use,almost no need for treatment of steel deck pavement for man,save a lot of money,reflecting the significant economic benefits.
