Cableway Erection is a kind of arrangement of towers and cable systems on the axles of bridges spanning both sides of the bridge.It adopts a combination of cable lifting and buckle cables.The vertical take-off and landing of the sports car and the pulling rope of the sports car are along the axle along the cable.Moving horizontally to achieve the vertical lifting,installation and horizontal displacement construction requirements of steel pipe arch bridge components to ensure construction safety is one of the commonly used methods for bridge construction.With the advancement of science and technology,improvement in the construction of bridge construction technology,advancement in material production and machinery manufacturing technology,large-span bridges have been successively constructed,and cableway erection construction technology has achieved significant performance improvements in terms of cable spans,heavy lifts,and lifting systems.In other directions.Therefore,it is more important to study the mechanical properties of the cable lifting system.In this paper,with the background of a cableway erection system of a bridge,a large-scale finite element software ANSYS is used to establish a refined model,and a pulley with a mass is used instead of a crane to simulate the change in the mechanical properties of the various components of the crane during the movement of the cable,and a comparative analysis of the cable is performed.Structural force changes under the static and dynamic effects of the hoisting system,verifying the rationality of the current cableway erection calculation formula,and providing more accurate data for the design of the cableway erection system.The main tasks are as follows:1.Introduced the calculation formula of cableway erection,its hypothesis and content,and analyzed the factors affecting the calculation formula's result.The method theory of finite element calculation and the theory of finite element method under dynamics are introduced.The finite element model of ANSYS refinement is established.2.Through the calculation formula of cable lifting,the force of the cableway erection system under the static force is calculated,and the refined model is established with the help of the finite element software ANSYS to simulate the force of the cableway erection system under the static force.Comparative analysis of the cable forces under static force and the differences in theoretical calculations.Replace the crane with a pulley with quality,simulate the movement of the crane on the cable,obtain the change of the force during the movement of the cable,analyze the force conditions during the movement,and compare the forces under static and dynamic forces.Change,verify that in the case of power,it is feasible to use the load mass multiplied by the impact factor instead of sliding the moving load.The cable lifting formula is reasonable.3.The finite element software was used to calculate the force of the tower part under the condition of static force,and compared with the cable lifting system under the influence of power.From the tower,It is feasible to verify that the method of replacing the dynamic effect with the mass of the load multiplied by the impact factor under dynamic conditions is feasible,and the cable lifting calculation formula is reasonable.
