As the span of the concrete-filled steel-tube arch bridge is longer and longer, the cableway erection becomes the main construction method of erecting this kind of bridge, and the research on the construction technology of erecting the half-through concrete filled steel tube arch bridge with cableway erection has great engineering value and theory significance. In this paper, Hunan Yiyang Maocaojie Bridge is taken as an example, which is a half-through tied arch bridge of concrete-filled steel tube with a main span of 368m; the research work is following:Firstly, on the basis of a large number of information of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, the paper summarized the erection method of steel tube arc rib, generalized the characteristic and application condition in every erection method.Secondly, in view of the question that depending on the experience to choose main cable specification in existing design of cableway erection system, the paper proposed one kind of optimization computational method and optimized arrangement form, which enabled the main cable selection and the optimal arrangement to have the theory to rest on, the feasibility and economical efficiency of this method was certified in actual project of Maocaojie Bridge.Thirdly, to the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge that is accompanied with side arch, the paper researched the advantage of side arch in structure and economy, which is the balance of the heavy lifting as the main arch in the process of cable erection. The paper calculated and analyzed stress performance of side arch in the process of construction by using ANSYS software, which took the Maocaojie Bridge as an example, and pointed out the corresponding measure when using side arch as the balance of the heavy lifting, which provided ideas to the construction of other long-span arch bridge that is accompanied with side arch.Fourthly, the paper researched the precision positioning technology of main arch rib and transversal girder, described the method of determining the allocation altitude and fabrication font of main arch in segmental cantilever consolidation, pointed out two steps-allocation method to install the arch rib precisely and calculation method based on relative elevation to determining the placement altitude of transversal girder, which are applied in Maocaojie Bridge, actual project indicated that the precision positioning method of main arch rib and transversal girder are correct, brevity and convenience.Fifthly, to the shortcoming of depending on the experience to layout wind cable in actual project, the paper found the optimal arrangement of wind cables from the theoretical analysis of the stability of the tower. Taking Maocaojie Bridge as an example, a wide range of application integration deduction hanging tower structure in cableway erection, the paper demonstrated the feasibility of such a structure and the superiority of articulation connection theoretically.
