Road and bridge is the country’s transport infrastructure and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.The ability to build a large-scale bridge symbolizes a country’s comprehensive national strength,scientific and technological progress and modern civilization.By the end of 2016,there are 805,300 bridges with a cumulative length of 49,169.7 kilometers all over China.According to the investigation on the bridge disease and service life in other countries,the aging phenomenon in a large number of bridges is becoming a critical challenge in the next 10 to 20 years,which will make bridge builders and bridge authorities pay more attention to how to solve the problem of bridge aging.Chongqing is located in a mountainous area with many high mountains,deep valleys and curved,slope and high pier bridge.The bridge pier deviation,beam slip and other bearing-related diseases caused by a variety of causes becomes a great threat to the operation safety the whole bridge.Based on the investigation and analysis of the bearing related diseases in mountain highway curved slope bridge,the bridge pier deviation,beam slip and other bearing-related diseases under different environments,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the mechanism of bridge diseases induced by many factors,such as the design,construction,stress and temperature.The results shows that when the floor of the bridge bearing is not installed horizontally,the upper structure load produces the horizontal component force towards uphill direction;when the temperature changes,on the one hand,the horizontal force to push the top of the column to the uphill direction offset can cause bearing stainless steel to slid into the PTFE skateboard and to be destroyed,and on the other hand,the continuous shift of pier to the uphill direction by the thrust can leads to the cracking of the pier bottom or the movement of the beam in the opposite direction.In order to improve the strengthening of structure quality and ensure the safe operation of the bridge,the reinforcement technique of pier or beam slip is studied and the construction process is determined based on the analysis of the bridge pier deviation,beam slip and other bearing-related diseases,which has great practical significance and social significance to improve the quality control system of reinforcement in mountainous area,help the bridge management unit solve the bridge disease analysis and treatment problems in daily inspection,prevent the occurrence of serious diseases,and guarantee the safety of bridge and reduce the collapse of bridge,casualties and property damage. |
