| The curved box girder bridges have been adopted more and more in the bridge project of interchanges and fly-over crossing because of good performance of structure and features of economy, practice and beauty. With the rapid develepment of main road and expressway, more and more fly-over crossing and interchanges were built in our country. But in recent years, the gradual emergence of curved bridge across a variety of problems which the deviation is the most common, affecting the mechanical behavior of the bridge structure and traffic safety. In this paper, the reason for the continuous curve of prestressed concrete girder bridge deviation and the treatment methods were studied according to countermeasures of deviation for Wanan Bridge in Wanzhou district of Chongqing.Firstly, common diseases and mechanical characters of the curved girder bridge are summarized, and the traditional computation theories and FEM were analyzed which calculate the curved girder bridges. Secondly, the reason affected the bridge deviation were studyed including the radius of curvature, the concrete shrinkage and cerrp effect, the pre-stressed load, the dead load as well as the temperature load effect specifically to the curved girder bridges, and their mechanism of action. Then various factors were comparated on the curved bridge impact on girder deviation. Thirdly with the FEM software builds the computation model of Wanan bridge in Wan Zhou, the internal forces were calculated resulting from the deviation and influence the bearing capacity of the bridge, and find out the specific control objectives. Finally, the treatment methods were studyed to prevent the curved girder bridge for deviation as well as the treatment method after the occurrence of deviation, and as the Wanan bridge for example, its specific treatment methods for deviation were introduced. |
