Prestressed concrete pipe pile as a kind of pile foundation,because its construction speed is quick,good shock resistance,is widely applied in the soft soil foundation,the existing pipe pile design are uniform pile spacing,pile length and pile diameter,etc.,and is not fully applied pile when the compaction effect between piles,in view of the characteristics of the prestressed pipe pile,based on the two aspects of design,mechanism and construction technology.In this paper,firstly the paper introduces the design of the pipe pile mechanism of the system and mechanical performance,in the process of construction,as a result of the pile sinking with soil compaction effect,and then analyzes the compaction effect of pile and soil compaction effect,can increase the pile side resistance on the one hand,improving the bearing capacity of pile,on the other hand,the compaction effect is too big,can cause the influence of pile on the surrounding has been playing well,which affects the stability of the building.Secondly based on the bearing capacity characteristics of prestressed concrete pipe pile,the pile and soil of the compaction effect of the finite element simulation analysis,by establishing a finite element model analysis of pipe pile in the process of construction,from the near to intermediate or by around the middle to the piling construction process,the soil compaction effect,then strengthen the interaction between soil,using the effect,can meet the bearing capacity of cases,the change of pile length,diameter,etc.To save material,reduce cost.The research on the settlement of pile are analyzed,the analysis: the increase of pile diameter,the bearing capacity of prestressed concrete pipe pile are also will increase,on the load transfer and more fully;Pile length increase also improve the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the pile.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors' research theory,combined with the instance,through the establishment of three-dimensional model analysis were simulated by the middle and round by around the middle pile construction technology.Through the simulation analysis and comparison to around the middle pile driving,because between the soil compaction effect,the bearing capacity of the soil.Based on this conclusion,through the design of different pile length and pile diameter,setting out the reasonablepile spacing,thereby reducing the construction cost,optimize the pipe pile design and construction process.
