With the booming construction business and complex engineering geologicalcondition, the pile foundation theory, design methods, construction and detectiontechnique are deeply researched. To sum up, the research of pile foundation is mainlyfocused on two points: one is the bearing capacity is improved by the reasonableconstruction technology; the other is new forms of pile foundation increase thebearing capacity.Grouting compaction soil-stone composite pile foundation(soil compaction pile)is constructed as follows: firstly, steel pipe with holes is pressed into the soil bymechanical; then, fine aggregate concrete is poured into the steel and extruded fromthe hole by high-pressure; final, the concrete is coagulation and pile body is formed.The compaction grouting technology is used in the whole process and combined withthe construction geology soil.Soil compaction pile with a variable cross-section isformed. With the conditions of different soil layers, the depth and construction, thecross-sectional area of the pile body is varied. And the stress of the pile is increased.In addition, the surrounding soil integrates as a whole with variable cross-section ofconcrete in steel pipe. The potential of foundations is digged and the end-bearingareas are increased. The one end-bearing point of pile is changed for multiple points.So the bearing capacity of the pile-soil structure is promoted, especially in coastalsoft area.Forming principle and mechanical characteristics of soil compaction pile, thepile type and bearing capacity of soil compaction pile are studied by theoreticalanalysis and numerical simulation and supplemented field test. The main work of thispaper can be divided into two parts: First, the type of the soil compaction pile isforecasted. According to the compaction grouting technology and the curvetyexpansive theory, the squeezing effect of the compaction grouting is deduced. Itcreates the formulas of theory-sectional radius and the limited grouting pressureformula. With the theoretical formulas, the laws of the soil and constructionparameters on the squeezing effect are concluded. The shaping model of soil compaction pile is created. Final, the similarities and differences between the theorypile and the scene pile are analyzed based on field trials data.Second, the bearing capacity of soil compaction pile is analyzed. Usedthe theory of bearing capacity, the formula of vertical bearing stress is created. Thesoil compaction pile-stress mechanism and the load transfer path of pile-soilstructure system are analyzed by finite element software. The bearing performance ofsoil compaction pile is contrasted with the conventional pile of same dosage concrete.It is concluded that the bearing capacity of the soil compaction pile is significantlybetter and superior.
