The rapid development of our country’s construction enterprise and increasingly complex engineering conditions put forward higher requirements, make at home and abroad in the study of the theory of the pile foundation, site construction and health monitoring become deep. The study of pile foundation at home and abroad mainly focused on: how to improve the existing pile foundation or innovations on pile foundation in order to improve the bearing capacity of pile.Soil Compaction Pile is a new type of pile. On-site construction, the first around the grouting pipe covering a layer of silicone with a certain thickness, elastic membrane, and then buried pipe, pumped concrete and surrounding soils compaction, and finally form pile body concrete. Under the reasonable grouting pressure, soil compaction Pile has more uniform stability than traditional pile, and its bearing capacity is also higher.Soil Compaction Pile is a kind of variable cross section pile, pile type in an inverted triangle model. Soil Compaction Pile’s cross sectional area is influenced strongly by grouting pressure, soil mechanics and additional load size on earth surface. Soil compaction pile’s axial force and pile side friction decreases rapidly with the decrease of the pile diameter, so increasing the stability of the side. At the same time, if the pile through a number of soil layers which bearing capacity are different, the pile diameter will be also different because the pile soil lateral pressure and make the pile radius changes rapidly, forming multiple end bearing points. Compared with the traditional one end bearing point of end bearing friction pile, soil compaction pile’s single pile bearing capacity is higher. In addition, in the process of pile forming, the surrounding soil is compacted, improving the mechanical properties of soil, increasing the ultimate side friction of soil, so that the bearing capacity of single pile has a larger increase.According to crush the stone forming principle and mechanical characteristics of piles, the laboratory experiment and actual engineering test do contrast, combinedwith the corresponding theoretical analysis, to crush the rock pile bearing capacity ofpile type and performance were studied. This paper work mainly divided into thefollowing two parts: one is to crush the rock pile type forecast analysis. According tothe different density of the sandy soil foundation model, the crush the stone pile testfor analysis and prediction of pile type;2it is to crush the rock pile bearingperformance analysis. Crush the stone pile with grouting quantity is the same withordinary precast pile bearing capacity for comparative analysis, finally indicates thatcrush the stone pile bearing performance obviously superior to the ordinary pileunder the same conditions.
