In 1990 s the ro-ro transportation began to rise,because of its advantages of convenience,safety,green,low cost and door to door service,it had developed rapidly,and had contributed to the prosperity of Chuanjiang River shipping and the economic development and trade development of the provinces along the Chuanjiang River.However,in recent years due to vicious reasons,as competition of ro-ro terminal,insufficient supply,promotion of road transportation condition,restricts the development of the ro-ro shipping.There is an urgent need to solve the problem with transport ro ro ships are facing survival.This paper propose ro-ro transport operation mode and mechanism of multi-port cooperation,solve a series of problems,The main contents of this paper are the following:Firstly,the ro-ro transport overview of the current situation and analysis of the Chuanjiang,proposed the multi port operation mode,solved the problem of present situation seriously restricted the development of Chuanjiang River cargo ro-ro transport: excess capacity,repeated routes,the shortage of supply,truck in port longly.To Chuanjiang ro-ro transportation industry development provides a mode.Secondly,the multi port model are introduced,Based on the cooperation between the three port,then from the three aspects with the ro-ro route,allocation of parking space number,shipping departure time and stopping time and the function and relationship of cooperation terminals,analyzd and designed of ro-ro multi port ship transportation organization scheme.and then it was compared with the existing model,founded that the existing mode from run of ro-ro ship,loading rate,truck to port time and pier's income are not as good as multi port mode.Finally,the design of the multi port cooperation mode and interest distribution mechanism based on cooperation.The port cooperation mechanism: through the two party terminal repeated game and dynamic game model of three parties that the three party will cooperate as well as the influence of main pier wharf cooperation conditions.Then,constructed the model of "dishonest cooperation" and "abide by the cooperation strategy model",and analyze the credit based on the cooperation premise.Based on the results of the game model,design the cooperation mechanism of Chuanjiang ro-ro transport port of the multi.Interest distribution mechanism: first carries on the analysisof the distribution of benefits of single principle,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each single principle to rely on distribution,that depend on a single principle for distribution mode is one-sided.Practicality is not strong,so seted up a universal comprehensive optimal allocation model of s distribution principle,analyzed come to consider all of the principles of profit allocation model,and analyzed the distribution of benefits between the terminal in Chuanjiang River.This paper puts forward the mode of multi-port operation which is used to reform the existing mode and designs the mechanism.Provided effective measures to promote the development of the Ro-ro transport,as a reference for the industry management department and enterprise.
