The Application Of The Mechanism Stone Pavement In Yunnan Rural Highway

Yunnan belongs to the southwest mountainous area,and belongs to the undeveloped areas,sparsely populated,rural highway is the main channel of the masses travel and transportation,and the Yunnan rural highway construction technical level is low,the money is not enough,the construction difficulty is big,caused by the lag of rural highway construction.But the traditional cement concrete pavement and asphalt concrete pavement of high cost,long construction period,it is difficult to meet the current Yunnan rural highway construction completely,so choose a good durability,low cost,short construction period of the road has become a new research direction.Based on the analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of rural roads in Yunnan,the interlocking block design mechanism analysis of mechanism stone pavement,by using equivalent thickness method to calculate the thickness of the layer structure,we put forward the block making,construction technology and maintenance measures of the mechanism stone pavement,we compared the construction cost,construction technology,maintenance cost and practicability of asphalt pavement,concrete pavement and mechanism stone pavement,the mechanism stone pavement is more suitable for rural road construction in Yunnan Province.Research results show that the mechanism stone pavement has the advantages of high strength,good durability,simple construction,low cost,fast and convenient maintenance,in line with the current situation of Yunnan rural highway construction demand,so the mechanism stone pavement has broad popularization and application prospect in Yunnan province.
