Cross-fault buried pipelines are prone to damage under earthquakes.There are not many studies on the anti-seismic measures of underground pipelines.Therefore,this paper proposes to use a hose to connect cross-fault pipelines at the fault location to improve the seismic resistance of buried pipelines.The main research work is as follows:(1)Design of anti-seismic measures.In this paper,ansys software is used to establish The finite element model of cross-fault pipeline bellows connection.For the cross-fault pipeline corrugated pipe connection is designed as a zigzag type,the corrugated pipe is used to connect the pipeline at the fault.The corrugated pipe structural parameters such as wave height,wave length,wall thickness,wave number,etc.in accordance with the specification in ?Expansion Section of Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger?.Design it.(2)Analysis of influencing factors of bellows connections across faults.The influences of wall thickness of corrugated pipe,wave height of corrugated pipe,wave length of corrugated pipe,wave number of corrugated pipe,and diameter of corrugated pipe on the seismic performance of corrugated pipe connection across fault pipeline were analyzed.(3)Analysis of seismic resistance of corrugated pipe connections across faults.Considering the situation of cross-faulted pipeline hose connection and buried pipeline,numerical simulation analysis under different parameters was carried out respectively.The numerical simulation results were compared and analyzed to determine the seismic resistance of the hose connection across the fault pipeline.
