| In this paper,by designing an indoor test device model for buried natural gas pipelines that cross a strike-slip fault, the mechanical properties of buried natural gas pipelines and natural gas pipeline networks under different influencing factors are studied. In addition,Adina finite element analysis software is used to consider the natural gas in the pipeline, the interaction between the pipeline and the soil, and establish the fluid-solid coupling finite element model of the buried natural gas pipeline crossing the strike-slip fault. It provides a theoretical basis for the design, construction and maintenance of urban buried natural gas pipelines The main research work and results are as follows:(1)The indoor test mainly discusses the influence of factors such as constrained soil length, displacement distance, gas pressure in the pipeline, and Influence of intersection angle between pipeline and fault plane on single pipeline;Influence of branch pipeline on main pipeline and influence of fault dislocation direction on branch pipeline when main pipeline has branch pipeline.Analyzing the experimental data,it can be concluded that for buried medium-pressure natural gas pipelines, the pressure of natural gas in the pipeline can improve the mechanical properties of the pipeline to a certain extent;when the intersection angle between the pipeline and the fault plane is small, the effect of the soil on the pipeline Produce a larger axial component, reduce the bending effect of the fault on the pipeline, which is beneficial to the safety of the pipeline;when the branch pipeline network is close to the fault plane, stress concentration will easily occur, causing the branch pipeline to be damaged before the main pipeline,so it should be avoided as much as possible Add a branch pipeline here.(2)Establish a finite element model of buried natural gas pipeline under strike-slip fault based on ADINA.The material parameters of the soil and the pipeline are set according to the measured values in the indoor test.Through the analysis of the finite element model results,it was found to be basically consistent with the indoor test results, which verified the feasibility of the soil box test device for the buried natural gas pipeline based on the strike-slip fault.Figure 49;Table 8;Reference 54... |
