As we all know,the current energy crisis and environmental crisis are common problems facing all countries.As a result,new energy vehicles with its many advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection has received extensive attention and strong support from all over the world.Our country has issued a large number of policies to support the research and development of new energy vehicles in a few years ago.Under the guidance of the state and policy support,many automobile enterprises have joined the research and development of new energy vehicles.By has many years of experience in automobile production and research and development,and began independent research and development of new energy vehicles in 2016.In the face of the new field,by company also has a series of problems which affect the marketing strategy arrangement,such as product design,cost control,price positioning,sales channels and so on.This paper mainly uses 4p marketing theory to analyze by company's new energy vehicle marketing strategy,at the same time,using pest analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment faced by the company,combined with the questionnaire survey,reveals by company's new energy vehicle marketing in the market positioning,product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy and other aspects: the target market is too scattered,product innovation is insufficient,the lack of core technology,low sales pricing and other issues.In view of the above problems,according to the by company development requirements,put forward some suggestions on the improvement and development of marketing strategy.
