The rapid developing multi-center metropolitan's layout sets higher demands for the system construction and operation management of suburban railway transit.The suburban railway transit,which has features of public transit,should not only solve the problem of spending too much travel time in long distance between the urban area and the suburban area,but also meet the needs of scheduled passengers during the peak time.Based on the function orientation and district characteristic of suburban railway transit lines,this paper summarizes the service features of suburban railway transit lines by analyzing the characteristics of passenger time-space distribution.To solve the existing problem of the train operational mode,this paper proposes a multilevel express-local train operational mode.To obtain the more reliable basis of the multilevel express-local train operational scheme,based on the gravity model,this paper improves and reconstructs dual-constrained gravity model,which considers time-delayed features,for forecasting short-time OD passenger distribution estimation.In the paper,with the reasonable basic assumption,the passenger boarding and alighting process and train operating process are combined and abstracted as the refined dynamic train carrying passengers process.Minimizing the passengers travelling time and the most reasonable full-load rate of trains are taken as the optimized target.In this way,the paper constructs a multilevel express-local train operational scheme and optimization model.The paper identifies the grading method of trains,based on the train crossover relationship;and proposes a method of multilevel express-local train operational scheme which takes the related constrain conditions of train operation into consideration.This paper designs and realizes the heuristic algorithm of the multilevel express-local train operational optimization based on genetic-simulated annealing algorithm.By applying the designed multilevel express-local train operational scheme method and optimization algorithm,case study part analyzes a suburban railway transit line connecting the satellite city with the center of the city and gets the original train operational planning and the optimized train operational planning respectively.Both stopping schedule of express train and passengers' effectiveness in original operational planning verify the validity of the designed scheme method.Passengers' effectiveness of optimized train operational planning is better than the original one,which reflects the advantage of the designed algorithm.The analyzed result of case study also shows that,compared with the local train operational mode and the express/local train operational mode,multilevel express-local train operational mode can provide more passengers' effectiveness.In the conclusion,the multilevel express-local train operational mode offers pragmatic decision-making support for operation management work of the suburban railway transit.
