Due to the scarcity of urban land resources and the high housing price of the central business district,it has to adjust the layout of the urban function.There are more and more people choosing the life style that is a separation of working place and residence.People often need to take a long travel to go for working.The mode of express/ local operation of urban rail transit can not only meet with passengers' short-distance demands but also meet with passengers' long-distance demands,so it is necessary to research the mode in depth.This paper research the conditions of passenger flow and urban transit line based on the successful operation experience of express/ local operation mode from China and foreign countries.This paper established the generalized cost function of path selection based on random utility theory.The Logit model can calculate the probability of path selection.This paper established the nonlinear optimization model of express/ local train stop scheme in consideration of passengers' benefit and enterprises' benefit based on the probability of path selection.The SA-GA designed to solve the model.Here are four parts of the study:(1)This paper summarize the basic concepts of express/ local operation mode,the advantages and disadvantages of express/local operation were analyzed from the point view of passengers and companies.This paper analyzed the passenger flow feature of urban rail transit.It was beneficial when the passenger flow often appears uneven phenomenon and there is large proportion of long distance travel passengers along the urban rail transit lines.This paper also researches the station wirings of express/ local operation mode in depth.(2)This paper analyzed influencing factor of choice behavior of express/ local train.And the generalized cost function of passenger transferring selection path model was established in consideration of overtaking problems of express/local train based on various time perception coefficient,the Logit model can calculate the probability of path selection for various passengers.(3)Main influencing factors of express/ local train stop scheme were mostly analyzed of the probability of path selection.Whether express train can stop or not and express train can overtake the local train or not were regarded as decision variables.Optimization model of express/ local train stop scheme in consideration of passengers' benefit and enterprises' benefit based on assignment of passenger flow and overtaking problems of express/local train was established.The SA-GA designed to solve the model.(4)The Chong Qing urban rail transit line 5 was used as study case.Firstly,this paper analyzed the feature of passengers' flow according to statistics of the O-D passenger flow.Secondly,the optimization model of the fourth chapter can formulate the express/ local train stop scheme.Thirdly,the genetic algorithm was to solve the established model,and the constraint condition embedded into SA-GA manipulation in order to avoid invalid solutions.Finally,this paper obtained satisfied express/local train stop scheme plan and made cost-effectiveness analysis.
