In recent years,topological optimization becomes a hot topic at home and abroad.It's the best distribution of materials in the condition of the stru cture,make conceptual design more rational choice.It can reduce the design time and control the cost in a reasonable range.In this paper,the topological optimal design of the semi-trailer frame of aluminum alloy transportation is discussed,The main re search content is:In this paper,CTY9403 GYYA aluminum alloy transport semi-trailer is used as the research object,build a vehicle geometry model in Catia.The finite element model is established in Hyper Mesh,five working conditions were analyzed,strength and stiffness analysis of bending conditions,torsion conditions,emergency braking conditions,turning conditions and start-up conditions.The application of variable density method,variable thickness method and homogenization method in engineering is discussed.The genetic algorithm,optimization criterion method,mathematical programming method and lagrange multiplier method are studied.Finally,the topol ogical optimization of the semitrailer frame of aluminium alloy was determined using variabl e density method,In the optimization module Optistruct of Hyper Works.The weighted strain energy minimizes the optimal target.After topology optimization,the frame model is analyzed.Reduce the material on the frame,the optimized frame model is establi shed,and the stiffness and strength of the five working conditions of the tank car are verified,and the feasibility of the optimization results is proved.The results show that the optimized aluminum alloy transport semi-trailer meets the requirements of strength and stiffness,and the modal analysis of the model after topological optimization is carried out,and the vibration and natural frequency of the semi-trailer are obtained.The result of this topology optimization is that the enterprise reduces th e material of the frame,saves the cost,and provides reference for the research of topology optimization technology,which has economic and social benefits.
