The swing compressor is the twin structure of the rolling rotor compressor.With the development of the refrigerant,the researchers find that the swing rotor compressor has the advantage of taking greater pressure difference and has more obvious advantages than the rolling rotor compressor.So it is produced largely in some air conditioning compressor production enterprises.The swing compressor with no valves is a new type of swing compressor that is obtained by modified structure on the basis of traditional swing compressor.The swing compressor removes the exhaust valve,which further improve the performance of the compressor.In this paper,the working principle and structural characteristics of the swing compressor with no valves are expounded in detail.And a reasonable lubrication system is designed for it,and it is found that the lubrication system is reliable by calculating the oil pressure of the key position.After the three-dimensional model of the swing compressor with no valves is established through using the SolidWorks software,and the motion simulation is carried out.The relationship between the angular velocity,angular acceleration,the center of mass velocity and acceleration and time of the swing rotor are obtained.The motion simulation ensure that the compressor has no interference in the work,its motion is reliable.And the relative speed of eccentric shaft and swing rotor is relatively large,the machining precision and lubrication should be paid attention to.And the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the modal analysis of the rotor system.The simulation results show that the critical speed of improved rotor system is much larger than its working speed,therefore it does not resonate in the low-speed compressor.But compared with the high speed compressor of the present research,the critical speed of the rotor system is low,and larger vibration may be appear.Thus two feasible improvement scheme be put forward to solving this problem.Finally,the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the static strength of the rotor system and the swinging rotor under the worst condition.The results indicate that the stress and deformation of the rotor system and the swing rotor are within allowable range,and meet the requirement of strength.The compressor is safe and reliable in work.To sum up,the work done in this paper has an important guiding effect on the reliability design and research of the swing compressor with no valves.
