All oil free air compressor is the main body in air supply devices,which converts a prime motor’s mechanical energy into gas pressure and is acompressed-air air generation device. The prime motor is usually an electromotor. Themachine can normally run without liquid lubricating oil and obtain clean compressedair without oil, so which is widely used in grain processing, food, medicine, oxygencabin, war industry and so on. It is an ideal and upgraded product of an importcompressor or an oil air compressor.In this paper, the object of study is based on WWD-0.8/10air compressor that isall oil free and its air displacement is0.8m3/min and its discharge pressure is10Mpa.Movement mechanism’s motion simulation is accomplished by Pro/E and its modalanalysis is accomplished by ANSYS Workbench. The paper introduces systematicallymovement mechanism’s motion simulation by Pro/E and analyzes systematicallymain parts’ force and movement mechanism’s balance of inertia force about the aircompressor. Movement mechanism’s three-dimensional solid model is established andvirtual assembly is completed. The virtual movement of movement mechanism that isonly applied a servo motor is revealed by kinematic simulation. The virtual movementof movement mechanism which is applied a servo motor and several force is revealedby dynamic simulation. Many values of physical quantities that contain location,speed, acceleration and force are measured by motion simulation, which can supplynecessary data for air compressor’s static analysis and dynamic analysis. Aftermovement mechanism’s three-dimensional solid model being imported into ANSYSWorkbench, the modal analysis of movement mechanism is done. Inherentfrequencies and corresponding vibration modes are calculated, which providesnecessary data for air compressor’s dynamic analysis too.
