| The ball valve is one of the quickest developed valve breed during the past several tens years. It is not only simple structure, good sealing property, but also that certain public within the smaller size, light weight, less consumption of materials, installation of small size, and driving torque small, simple and easy to achieve rapid hoist, easy operation and maintenance, not only apply to water, solvent, acid and general working media, such as natural gas, but also applies to the poor working conditions of media, it has become widely used. Especially in the United States, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, Spain, Britain, and other industrialized countries, the use of the ball valve is very wide. Variety and quantity of use continues to expand, and high temperature, high pressure, the big mouth, high tightness, long-life, good performance and adjust the direction of a multi-function valve development of reliability and other performance indicators are up to a higher level and has been partially replaced valves, closing valves, throttle valves.Finite Element Method (FEM) is used in this paper .And modern computer technology is combined into it. Also PRO/E and the ANSYS software are utilized to establish the Q41F-1.6 -through-ball valve flange mechanical model. At first ,we study the theory of FEA and Pro / E on the basis of the theory , we analyze the characteristics of the body of Ball valves and set up a 3D model in Pro / E . Through the connection technology, we can use the 3D model in ANSYS. The model 15 simplified on the basis of its characteristics in the physical and mechanical geometry ,and then we establish the FEA model . We discuss the effect that 15 caused by meshing grids and reduce the error from the quality of the meshing grid. In the thesis, we calculate a few FEA models and find a good one. The stress and displacement distribution are shown in the thesis. As the result, we discuss the intensity of the Top Bracket .The results drawn from this analysis can identify the weak links in the structure for future improvements to the design theoretical basis. Through the study of the problem is not only for the latest application of modern design, analysis, but also for ball valve product development, and improved market access, has an important practical significance. |
