With the increasingly stringent automotive emission requirements and the continuous development of the automotive electronics industry,engine electronic control technology has gradually become mainstream.In order to reduce energy consumption and improve fuel economy,the electronic technology of engine fuel injection system has become one of the important research directions in the automotive industry in China.This paper takes the LJ465Q engine as the research object,and conducts research on the ECU hardware-in-loop of electronic fuel injection system.First of all,using MATLAB/Simulink software to establish the engine mean value simulation model,and then using the relevant test data to verify the simulation model.Simulation experiments show that the accuracy doesn't meet the requirements completely because of the error is 15%in the case of low speed and throttle angle of 10 degrees.Thus,the simulink optimization toolbox is used to optimize the relevant parameters and obtain a good optimization effect.Second,the control strategies based on neural network and neural network self-tuning theory are designed respectively,and a comparative simulation test is conducted.The experimental results show that the former has an error of 0.496 and the latter has an error of 0.1 which means the latter one has a better control effect.Finally,based on the D2P rapid prototyping platform,MotoTron software is used to write the designed control strategy to the EMC-0565-128 type ECU.After configuring the system resources on the NI VeriStand software platform,the human-computer interaction interface can be designed and then the hardware-in-the-loop testing system is built up.The system constructed by the upper computer is deployed to the lower computer to perform related test.The test result shows that the designed hardware-in-the-loop testing system can perform the predetermined function well.A useful exploration is conducted in order to reduce the number of gantry trials in the development of electronic fuel injection system ECUs,shorten the developing period and cut costs.
