With the increasing demand of social progress and city development,the area and height of modern building is rising continuously and the function is improving with the advanced technology.Therefore,patterns and quantity of building electrical facilities is continue to increase,as well as the electricity load.Presently,energy saving and consumption reduction has become a significant issue during the continuous development of social economy.Intelligent buildings consumes large quantity of energy when they provide safe,healthy,comfortable and high quality living environment and high efficient work environment,though.The consumption of air conditioning system in the building is approximately 70%of the total building consumption.As a result,research on the energy saving control for the major consumption facilities of building automation system is of great practical significance.This paper is conducted research on the building control system based on the automation control system of Shenyang Zhonghai square.The project of Zhonghai square adopted building central management system(BMS),and applied direct digital controller(DDC)to completely monitor and partly control the refrigerating system,ventilating system,air conditioning system,24-hour water-cooling system,public area lighting system,water supply and drainage system,thermal system,elevator system,energy management system and computer room,analyzed the consumption situation of BAS system and presented the huge energy losses due to inappropriate ways of control and management,then conducted research on the air conditioning system of the large energy consumer.The major contents of this paper are model selection on the major building control facility of Zhonghai Square Project,which includes:1 selection and design of air conditioning facilities containing selection of modular air conditioning units,fun-coil units and air-conditioner fan,and air processing facility,air transmission facility,air distribution facility,air conditioner refrigerating and thermal source facility.2.The choosing of building system EBI and DDC controller,as well as the methods to realize the modulation control.Honeywell XL8000 DDC controller is selected as the system controller.3.Selection of sensors and actuators,mainly focusing on the selection of temperature sensors,humidity sensors and transmitters.In view of the disadvantages in accuracy and effect of traditional PID control on air conditioning unit,adaptive PID and fuzzy adaptive PID control is adopted in this paper in order to increase the control accuracy and energy saving efficiency and to improve the comfortable level of the environment.
