| With the rapid development of economy, the air conditioner has become one of the indispensable household appliances in people’s daily life. However, the traditional air conditioner has a serials of problems in control method, comfort control, temperature control, indoor air quality control and so on. It will affect the people’s health if we use the traditional air conditioner for a long time. At the same time, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is based on intelligent manufacturing,is influencing the development of intelligent products. It is estimated that the intelligent products of our country will rapidly increase in next five years. So we have to keep up with the time closely to actively promote the research of intelligent air conditioner. At this time, we also want to respond to the national call in energy saving. Actually, there are few numbers of air conditioners, which perfectly combine intelligence with energy saving. As the air conditioner has a serials of problems in air supply, such as fixed air supply and large area air supply, this still has waste of resources, the paper gives a new air supply method that provides intelligent airflow by tracing people’s position in room, this method will avoid the energy waste caused by decreasing the temperature of whole room only in order to provide comfort to a single person.To achieve good performance of human body tracking, we choose the Xtion sensor of ASUS Corporation to track people’s location. In order to track human body in large scale indoors, we use two Xtion sensors compose a Human-body-position and the swing range of air conditioner are divided into eight parts, which is based on the horizontal angle that human-body-position can scan.Then we use the algorithm to change the three-dimensional coordinate data of human body into angle variables in the central axis of offset sensor camera, and the angle controller of air conditioner helps to convert the offset angle of human body in sensor to angle variables, which can control the swing angle of the air conditioner shutter. At last, we use MATLAB simulation results to reveal that swing angle of air conditioner shutter can be controlled by the data of human body’s position.After achieving the function of human body tracking, we take a further study of the indoor comfort in order to avoid the discomfort of human body caused by air conditioner direct blowing. And we find that our sensor scientists just took into account the indoor factor and haven’t taken the weather of outdoors into consideration. If the difference between indoor and outdoor temperature is too big,it will lead to air-condition disease, and general requirement of the difference insummer should not be more than C7 °, and in winter the difference should not be more than C8 °. To overcome the drawback, the paper optimizes indoor comfort level by using fuzzy control. The input variables of fuzzy controller are Predicted Mean Vote, the difference of Predicted Mean Vote and outdoor temperature. For air conditioner, the input variables is the comfortable level, which is optimized by fuzzy controller and the output variables is speed of the fan coil in air conditioner.Finally, by means of simulation in MATLAB, it can be satisfied that it takes only short time to make people feel comfortable from stuffy feeling to a comfortable feeling, and can also control the difference in an appropriate range. |
