The Research Of CRM Electric Platform Based On User Experience

Compared with the product oriented to the general consumer,CRM products are always criticized by the technology development as the leading factor to ensure the realization of the technology or the logic of the product operation as the measurement standard of the product quality,and the lack of the user's real needs or the use of scenarios.In the context of the experience economy,the industry has set off a boom in user experience.On the one hand,the vigorous development of economy and the era tide of innovation and entrepreneurship create a huge market space for the good experience of CRM products.On the other hand,with the increase of enterprise scale and the increase of user base,new requirements for CRM user experience are also put forward.User experience is the core of user requirements,and interactive design is based on user needs and user behavior design objects.The interactive design that conforms to user experience must be designed through user needs and followed by user behavior logic.Based on the analysis of CRM electrical distribution platform product related factors,summed up the use and scene features,as users of the research point of the recessive questionnaire,user interview,user behavior observation to obtain the user's explicit demand,then the product attribute transformation,introduces the evaluation method of Kano model with satisfaction,output the basic demand,should have CRM electrical sales platform user expectations and demand excited demand.This study proposes the use situation and feature analysis research needs a product attribute conversion demand evaluation strategy needs and user demand balance product prototype and validation of user experience design,and to design ideas as a guide,interactive design finished product "Miqi",and to evaluate its usability.Optimize the entire user experience design research process,provide guidance for the user experience design of related products.
