After the Paris Climate Change Conference,China as a major carbon emitter has designated a series of environmental protection policies for the demand of clean energy is increasing.During the 13th Five-Year Plan,as a clean energy the proportion of nuclear power technology source in China's energy structure will be improved in the future.After the Fukushima incident,all countries in the world were cautious about nuclear power.The study of the various intermediate processes occurred during the accident concluded that hydrogen explosion is an important lead to the accidents.China's Qinshan Nuclear Power Station was built in the 1980s,and the hydrogen analysis equipment has been in service for a long time and needs to be replaced.Therefore,research on high reliability hydrogen analysis equipment is an important measure to ensure the safe and reliable of nuclear power plants.At first,the pumping measurement method is selected according to the character-istics of the working environment and the state of the existing equipment in the nucle-ar power plant.After analyze the characteristics of the current gas analyze sensors.The thermal conductivity sensor is chosen to design the hydrogen concentra-tion analyzer.According to the radiation dose requirement of nuclear power plants,the radiation resistance design was carried out.Second,the failure mode and influence analysis of the components involved in the instrument are performed.Four levels are set according to the failure consequenc-es of the components.They are the hazardous failures that will cause other equipment or instrument failures,the damaging failure that will lead to an over range signal,the failure of performance degradation that cannot be observed directly from the output,and the failure of components that have no effect on the use of the instrument.Using the fault tree analysis model to calculate the failure rate of various types of failure can reflect the reliability of the instrument to a certain degree.Then,through experiment and analysis,the influence of environmental factors in the use of the instrument on the measurement results was obtained,and the formula was used to digitally compensate the data.Finally,the instrument was calibrated through a simulation experiment,which proved that the accuracy meets the design requirements.
