| The construction of a green environmental protection system is an inevitable requirement of social and economic development.Green and low-carbon construction work has been vigorously promoted under the call of the government and society,but it is still at a certain distance from the public’s expectation of a good ecological level.The construction of a green environmental protection system requires the improvement of the green and low-carbon evaluation operating mechanism in all areas of society and the increase in rewards and punishments.Under this background,the paper established a green low-carbon bridge evaluation index system,which is of great significance for improving the green environmental protection system.Based on extensive literature reading and expert surveys,the paper established a green low-carbon bridge evaluation index system,which mainly includes three parts:index content composition,weight calculation and evaluation method.Finally,pilot projects were selected for empirical research.First of all,after analyzing the features of the bridge project and the existing evaluation work,the characteristics of the research object and the content of the research are determined.Then through the literature reading and expert questionnaires,three secondary phases and 23 tertiary indicators were further identified to ensure the feasibility and guidance of the indicators.Second,the weight calculation follows the principle of combining subjective and objective.On the basis of fully absorbing expert opinions,it also follows scientific and reasonable calculation principles.In this paper,the weights calculated by the subjective weight calculated by the expert scoring method and the objective weights calculated by the entropy weight method are combined.Finally,on the basis of the determination of the content of the indicators and the composite weights,an evaluation method was set up based on the fuzzy evaluation principle.After the green low-carbon bridge evaluation index system is determined,the paper selects typical bridge projects to do empirical research.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing analysis,the relevant strategies for improving the green environmental protection level of bridge projects are proposed,which will provide reliable suggestions for the future development of green low carbon design,construction and operation and maintenance of bridges. |
