This paper expounds the coal conveying control system design of power plant factory as the background,in the coal conveying control system with omron CS1 D series PLC as the controller,each PLC controller is des igned for dual computer hot standby,in order to realize the stability control of coal conveying control system design.According to the actual production situation of the coal control system,the network architecture of the coal control system was designed,and the logic design of the coal control system was carried out.The monitoring interface of the coal control system is designed by using the Ifix configuration software of GE company to realize the embodiment of the control signal.In addition,the contr ol system of the coal control system was tested and verified that the design scheme of the coal control system could meet the process flow and control requirements of the coal conveying system.Aiming at the problem of the cable transmission control sign al in the coal control system of the coal-fired power plant,put forward in the coal conveying control system application research of the control system of the wireless sensor to replace the cable transmission scheme.How to deploy the wireless sensor node i n the coal control system of the power plant is described in this paper.Aiming at the shortcomings of the energy hole and data funnel effect in the chain wireless sensor network,based on LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy,LEACH)algorithm,a wireless sensor network routing algorithm based on LEACH Clustering Clustering is proposed.This algorithm applies FCM Clustering algorithm(Fuzzy c-means Clustering,FCM)to node Clustering,and avoids the disadvantages of cluster head concentrated in a certain region or distributed in places far away from other nodes.Within the cluster using dual cluster head of strategy at the same time,the cluster head load,greatly reduced the funnel effect of network data.The experimental simulation shows that the algorithm has the effect of alleviating energy hole and data funnel,and provides a good communication route for node communication in the chain wireless sensor network,to provide network node communication routing scheme for future wireless sensor networks in coal control system.
