With the development of economy and society,the demand for power supply reliability of the power system is getting higher and higher.But the transformer substation in addition to the main electric information such as the voltage current switch quantity within the implementation of a unified "four remote" control,equipment operation status information,such as auxiliary control system of main electric information monitoring system is not perfect,effective charged detection and on-line monitoring technology is less,the top design,no unified communications aspects respectively built form the information isolated island of information,the use of data and processing efficiency is low.At present,the unattended mode is widely used in the normal production process of substation system.In the daily maintenance of substation system,there are problems such as low degree of automation,large amount of manual work,lack of effective supervision and insufficient data collection.The Internet of things(IoT)has obvious advantages in low-power sensor application,information acquisition,short-distance communication and other aspects,which brings new technical reference for solving the above problems.This thesis analyzes the development status of power Internet of Things in detail.Based on the existing substation physical communication network and human operation and maintenance mode,it analyzes the networking mode of wireless sensor of substation Internet of Things,and determines to select cluster network as the network structure of control system through simulation selection and matching analysis.A layered and distributed three-layer Internet of Things architecture is designed,which is divided into intelligent perception layer,data communication layer and intelligent application layer.In terms of the acquisition of the equipment operation state information,This thesis puts forward the on-site reconstruction design of the electrical state quantity such as the local discharge and mechanical characteristics of the main equipment of the integrated substation and the monitoring of auxiliary facilities such as fire protection,security and environment,and puts forward a unified data standard.In the aspect of communication network,specific networking methods are designed.In the aspect of data processing application,the key technologies such as edge computing architecture,plug and play services and data interaction were studied,and the software platform of substation equipment control system was built to realize multi-scene intelligent application of main and auxiliary equipment.Finally in 220kV zhiyuan substation control system for the practical applications,the sensor installation of the transformation,the communication network layout,software control platform provides a model the actual work,such as through trial operation shows the clusters of network in substation communication advantages and comprehensive remote monitoring control system for substation work,job information recording and validation in the lower staff workload,improve the work efficiency of the actual effect,as the Internet of things technology applied in substation provides reference of construction and reform.
